EXPLANATION:
At 3-2-1: GO, the athlete can begin with 21 Chest-to-bar pull-ups, followed by 21 American Swings with 2P Kettle Bells for Men and 1.5p Kettle Bells for Women, followed by 21 Box Jumps with a 24″ box for men, and a 20″ Box for Women, then repeat each movement for 15, and again for the final round of 9 repetitions.
