We can’t wait to share the test that the team has formulated this year for the TFX Qualifier. In the meantime here is a non-specific equipment checklist.

  • Concept 2 Rower
  • Barbell 45/35#
    *The official weight is in pounds. For your convenience, the minimum acceptable weights in kilograms are 20 kg (45 lb) and 15 kg (35 lb)
  • Standard Bumper Plates, change plates, and collars
  • Jump Rope
  • Medicine Ball 10/14/20#
  • Plyo Box 20 in, 24 in
  • Dumbbell 25 – 70 lb
    *The official weight is in pounds. For your convenience, the minimum acceptable weights in kilograms are 32.5 kg (70 lb), 22.5 kg (50 lb), 17.5 kg(40lb), 15 kg (35 lb), 12.5 kg (25 lb), and 10 kg (20 lb).
  • Pull Up Bar to perform movements including but not limited to: Pull-ups, Toes-to-bars, Muscle-ups
  • Wall Space to perform movements including but not limited to: Wall walks, Handstand push-ups, Wall-ball shots
  • Floor Space 25ft
