Men 60 Lbs @ 70 Inches (177.8 cm)
Women 40 Lbs @ 63 Inches (152.4 cm)

Front Wheels Free
Rear Wheels Removed (Replaced  by stabilizers)

This workout begins with the athlete standing tall behind the footpads of the Bull Frog with the pad removed. At the call of 3-2-1 Go, each athlete will mount the Bull Frog and grab the front axle rolling out beyond the prescribed line fully extending their arms and legs to full horizontal extension (FHE). The line is 70 inches for men and 63 inches for women. The wheels must touch or go beyond the line.  Once FHE is reached beyond the line, athletes roll back to a squat position and perform a thruster. This is the completion of 1 rep. Keep repeating reps for 3 minutes.

Wheels not reaching the line will result in a “no repetition.” The athlete’s score will be total number of repetitions completed within the 3 minute time cap.

Movement Standards

  1. Athletes must touch or go beyond the designated line with the front wheels in full horizontal extension with knees and elbows straight.  

  2. Athletes must show a full range squat position before and after the thrust to overhead position

  3. In the overhead position, athletes must show a both elbows in a fully extended and locked out position.

Equipment

  • BullFrog

  • Barbell or Tape Measurer

  • Chalk or Tape

Notes

  • Stabilizers may be secured by weight plates on either side of the feet

  • Only the athlete can touch the Frog once the Athlete begins the competition
