2016 TFX Competition Workout: Team Fatty Gymnasty

20 minute time cap

All teams will start on their start/finish pad, at the call of 3-2-1 Go the 2 women will race forward to their axle bar while the men race to their pull up lane. While the BOTH men dead hang from the pull up bar, the women must complete 12 repetitions of axle bar clean and press, 12 repetitions of axle bar thrusters, then 9 repetitions of both movements, and then 6 repetitions of both movements.  The women may split the work up any way they want. If at any time, the men come off the pull up bar, no repetition will be counted for the women until BOTH men on dead hanging again.

Once the women complete their 12-9-6, both men will move on to completing 12 repetitions of bar muscle ups then 4 rope climbs, 9 bar muscle ups then 3 rope climbs, 6 bar muscle ups and then 2 rope climbs. During this time ONE woman will be holding an axle bar deadlift at lock out. The women may switch back and forth with the axle bar at anytime. If at any time, the women drop the bar to the ground, no repetitions will be counted for the men until the bar is picked back up and locked out.

Once the men are finished with bar muscle ups and rope climbs, they will need to add 25# plates on each side of the axle bar. Any athlete may add the weight onto the axle bar, men or women. Once the weight is increased, the men will then move to the 12-9-6 of axle bar ground to over and axle bar thrusters while BOTH women dead hang from the pull up bar. Once the men complete all axle bar repetitions, the women will then take to the 12-9-6 bar muscle ups and 4-3-2 rope climbs while ONE man holds the axle bar at the top of the deadlift. Once all repetitions are completed, time will be called when all athletes are standing on their start/finish pad.
