Individual Time Cap: 25 Minutes
Athletes will run a 1.5 mile obstacle course for time. There are 15 tasks within the course, below are descriptions of the three larger obstacles. All athletes will be chip timed.
- Wall Valley: Athletes will complete a series of walls in different shapes in order to get through the valley
- Rigatron: Multiple holds will test even the greatest athlete on their grip strength
- Ropeadope: Various obstacles involving ropes.
