Pro Athletes will start the day with a 5K Run. 30-Minute Time Cap


For time:

100 Double Under Buy-in

Thrusters (115# Men / 85# Women – Masters 50+ 95/65)
5 – 3 – 1
Rope Climbs

(8 Minute Cap)


Chipper Follow

Each Teammate completes:

40 Wallballs (20/14)
30 Pull-ups
20 Clean & Jerk (Female) — Snatch (any way) Men 115#
5 Line Sprints 30M
15 Minute Cap

Chipper Follow Rules

Females start, female 2 cannot start until female 1 completes all wallballs. Females follow in succession, cannot pass athlete in front of you, cannot move on until station in front is open. When BOTH females have finished, Male 1 starts. Male 2 starts when male 1 finishes wall balls. Cannot move on until the next station is empty. Final Time is recorded when both males are done.
