WOD 2.1 :Total

Men — Each 1 RM Power Snatch
Women — Each 1 RM Power Clean

10 minute cap

One team member on mat at a time. Only 1 team member can be changing the weight on the mat. Women can use women’s bar, Men can use men’s. One bar on the mats at a time.

2 Min Transition to 2.2
During the 2 minute transition, the Team must put 225lbs on the Men’s bar, all other weights off of mats.

WOD 2.2 : “225” “Equal Rights”

5 Minute AMRAP:
Men Clean (any way) 225lbs
Women Deadlift 225lbs

Women deadlift for reps. Men clean or power clean. One teammate on the mat doing reps at a time.
